We have developed our own color-coded communication materials to educate participants and empower them in the selection and ongoing monitoring of their investment options.
Our approach to financial planning for retirement gets the plan participants involved in the education process by customizing their education to help them pursue their goals. Spectrum handles all aspects of the participant education, including one-on-one meetings, to provide personalized investment advice.
During our one-on-one consultations we review the participant’s complete financial picture, including spouse’s retirement investments, family personal holdings, etc. to provide a financial recommendation of the retirement plan assets.
Our investment philosophy is derived from the long-term teachings of Ben Graham, author of The Intelligent Investor, Jeremy Siegel, author of Stocks for the Long Run and Warren Buffett, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway.
